Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

These terms apply to every order placed with Lumivano, a trading name of LVDTrading, Chamber of Commerce 42034841, VAT NL005445290B64, established in the Netherlands.

2. Products and prices

All prices are shown including any applicable tax. An order delivered to Australia worth A$1,000 or less generally has no duties, taxes or charges to pay at the Australian border. Obvious errors and typos don't bind us. Offers apply while stocks last and while they're shown on the site. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them; small differences in colour and finish are possible.

3. The contract

A contract is formed once you complete your order and we confirm it by email. If we can't supply, we'll tell you as soon as possible and refund you within 14 days.

4. Payment

Payment is taken upfront, using the methods shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the address you give us. Every product page shows a delivery date for an order placed that day, worked out in business days and already including the 1 to 3 business days we need to process your order. Where the page shows two dates, the later one is the one we commit to. If you order several items, they arrive together in one parcel by the latest date of the slowest of those items. If we have not delivered by that date, you may either ask us to resend at our cost or cancel the contract at no cost, and we then refund everything you paid, delivery included, without delay. 6. Changing your mind

You have 14 days to cancel. The full arrangement, including how to send items back and who pays what, is on returns & warranty.

7. Your guarantees and our liability

You're entitled to a product that does what you can reasonably expect it to do. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Those guarantees sit on top of anything we promise you here, never underneath it. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies them, our liability for failing to meet them, or your right to compensation. Only where the law allows it is our liability limited to the invoice value of your order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. 8. Using the product

Our products are intended for indoor use. Only use a USB power supply that meets the safety standards in your country, don't charge unattended, and keep the product away from water. Products with small parts are not suitable for children under 3.

9. Complaints

Email info@lumivano.com. You'll get an acknowledgement within 2 business days and a proper answer as soon as we can. If we can't resolve it together, you can take it to the consumer protection authority in your own country.

10. Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Any mandatory consumer rights under the law of the country you live in continue to apply in full.
